A Short History Lesson:

Dynamite Christian Country originated on WCVC AM in Tallahassee, Florida in September of 1995. The program is now based out of central Wisconsin where host Mark Hunter is weekday afternoon radio personality for Christian Family Radio on WGNV FM.

DCC consists of a variety of country flavors from the traditional country sound to the modern country or young country sound. We play an occasional positive country song as well on the program. The show is often considered an upbeat music program by its regular listeners and has been nominated for several Christian Country and Country Gospel awards.

Some of the artists you will hear on DCC include Ken Holloway, Brothers Clark, Lisa Daggs Charette, White River, Pete Whitebird, Susie Luchsinger, Highway 7, Fox Brothers, Gable Brothers, Mike Manuel and numerous others. On our Canadian affiliate, we also air numerous Canadian Christian Country artists. Some of these artists include Narrow Road, Trevor Baker, Abe Zacharius, Brenda Geneau, Higher Power, Roxanne Nicole, Betty McDaniel and others. We are always open to playing new artists in Christian Country as well.
